What should I do if I have a stuck irrigation valve and can’t turn the system off at the controller?
If your irrigation valve is stuck open, you need to shut down the main line. Do this by turning off the connection point by the street or at the main water source.
What should I do if I’m locked out of my mobile app or web application?
Click the “Forgot password” link on the web application or mobile app to reset your password.
Do I have to purchase the mobile app if I already have the web application?
No. The mobile app is free to any user that has a login for the Smart Rain web application, but you can receive the same reports and monitoring information on the web application.
How do I get the Smart Rain mobile app?
The Smart Rain mobile app is free and available for Android and iOS devices. Visit your device’s app store to download the Smart Rain app.
If I make a schedule change on my application, how do I insure it syncs to the controller?
The Smart Rain system auto syncs several times each day. However, you can manually sync it by pressing the sync button on the Schedules page, ensuring updates are pushed to the controller.
